Is there a free trial?
No paid trial in v1. The free tier is the open-source self-host version of DriftShield, which has no Stripe relationship at all. Teams is the hosted product with a card on file.
What currencies do you support?
USD only for v1. Other currencies and regional pricing are not in scope yet. Stripe Tax adds VAT or sales tax where it applies automatically.
What happens if my workspace hits a usage limit?
There is no hard cap in v1. We email at 80, 100 and 150 percent of the soft limit so you can see the trend early. Your access does not change at any threshold; the emails are notifications, not enforcement.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal at any time. Teams access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace soft-freezes. Data is retained per the retention policy so you can re-subscribe without losing history.
